About The Nest Classes

Come join us at The Nest for an enriching experience with your little ones through our joyful, bilingual music program! Led by Madame Abbey, our classes are designed for children ages 0-6 and their caregivers. Each 45-minute weekly session is filled with music, movement, and fun—creating the perfect space for bonding, learning, and making friends.

In our classes, children will sing, dance, and explore instruments—all while picking up new vocabulary in both French and English. There's no need to know French beforehand; our goal is to make language learning a natural and enjoyable part of the experience!

We focus on more than just music. Through sound exploration, playful dances, and calming techniques, your child will develop essential skills like fine motor control, emotional expression, and cognitive abilities that lay the foundation for future learning. Activities like fingerplays, circle dances, and creative movement encourage muscle development, coordination, and confidence.

One of the highlights of our classes is making friends with our puppet pals! From Betti the Yeti to other fun characters, our puppets help children feel comfortable, engaged, and excited about learning. It’s a wonderful way to encourage socialization and build friendships with other children in a fun, supportive environment.

If your class falls on a day when school is canceled or there is a PD day, you’re welcome to bring your older children along to join in on the fun too! It's a great opportunity for siblings to experience the class together.

As your child explores new instruments and shares giggles with their new friends, you’ll watch them grow in both confidence and joy. You’ll have the opportunity to bond with your little one while connecting with other families in the community each week.

At The Nest, we create lasting memories, nurture a love for music and learning, and celebrate the unique potential of each child. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Warmly,
Madame Abbey
